Principal Effectiveness

Pennsylvania's Act 82 of 2012 established the parameters for a Principal Evaluation System that includes an assessment of the building leader's practice as measured by a clearly articulated Framework for Leadership, in conjunction with the application of a set of multiple measures comprising the remaining portion of the evaluation.
